Meet Daniel Quirk

I’m a U.S. Army veteran providing lawn and property care for homes and businesses across Denton and Cooke Counties.

I grew up in Denton and Valley View, and I’m proud to serve the communities I call home.

From your first quote to the finished job, you work directly with me. I believe in showing up, communicating clearly and doing work I’m proud to put my name on.

I built this business around dependable work, straightforward communication and pride in the finished job. When you hire Quirk Lawn & Property, you work directly with me.

Built on Service

I served as an 11C Mortarman with the 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and with the 49th Armored Division in the Texas Army National Guard.

That experience taught me discipline, clear communication and responsibility for the people beside me. Those habits guide how I care for customers, their property and the work I put my name on.

Three Generations. Three Branches.
One Tradition of Service.

My family’s background in military service, construction and heavy equipment helped shape the standards I bring to my business.

Clarence & Bonnie Latham

Clarence and Bonnie Latham

My aunt and uncle, Clarence and Bonnie Latham, hold a special place in my story.

Family and friends know me by my middle name, Marty. When I lost my mother at nine years old, Clarence and Bonnie raised me alongside their five daughters.

Their love, guidance and care helped shape the person I am today. Along with my Pawpaw and father, they are an important part of the family behind Quirk Lawn & Property.

Faith, Grace, and Gratitude

Through some of the hardest seasons of my life, my faith in Jesus Christ and the prayers of people who loved me carried me when I could not carry myself. I am grateful for God’s grace and the second chances I have been given. That faith shapes how I run Quirk Lawn & Property, with honesty, humility, hard work, and respect for every person I serve.
